Secondly, who is AccessData?
AccessData is a partnership based company. Our relationship with our customers is the very foundation on which the company is built.
We are an innovator. In 2006, the company had a second tier forensics product and no enterprise products at all. But we had a vision. A vision of a partnership that over time would bring large benefits to all parties involved.
We understand the importance of integrity and commitment. Over the years, we have sold on our integrity and our commitment to our customers and our customers have responded. Today we have an extensive product portfolio with truly unique value propositions but we have not abandoned the customer commitment that got us here.
Now on to the next level. If we are to make it to the next level and continue to forge new solutions now more than ever we need to hold tight to the ethics that got us here, and build on the talents and skills of our employees and leadership.

Company events and activities
We offer a choice of medical plans, a Traditional PPO or a Qualified High Deductible Plan. Both offered by United Healthcare.
Medical Flexible Spending Accounts
- Medical FSA ($6000 annual max) to cover out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses
- Dependent care FSA ($5000 annual max) to reimburse daycare/childcare services
- Transportation fringe benefit available to commuters to pay for qualified parking and transportation expenses
Free vision care provided to you if you enroll in one of medical plans, currently offered through EyeMedVision Care.
A traditional dental plan offers a low deductible and $2000 annual maximum benefit per person per year.
Retirement 401k and Roth
It’s easy to start saving for retirement with one (or both) of our plan options, administered through Transamerica. We offer a discretionary match opportunity to our 401k participants.
Furthering your education is important to you and your family, and we want to reward your efforts! Following six months of service, we will reimburse 50% of costs for college level courses. We will also cover costs for workshops and other trainings, with management approval.
Flexible Time Off
Here’s to flexibility in making the best use of your paid time off, whether it’s vacation, sick or just a personal day to check something off of your bucket list. New employees accrue 4 hours per paycheck (24 pays per year) and once you hit one year of service, the accrual kicks up to 5 hours, topping out at 7 hours per pay period once you hit five years.
Need more time off? Take a Floating Holiday! New employees receive 1 Floating Holiday after six months of services and annually thereafter. Once you’ve reached three years of service, you receive two Floating Holidays per year. Oh, and we do recognize 10 company holidays annually, in addition to your Floating Holidays! You know . . . New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Day after (to recover from too much stuffing), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Depending on your location and your status (expat or local national), we offer a variety of benefits plans to include major medical and dental, business travel insurance, life and long-term disability. For our UK staff, we offer a pension scheme.
