AccessData's Live Online Training allows you to participate in AccessData's most popular training courses remotely, from your the comfort of your office. Live Online Training allows for two-way communication, so you can participate in live classroom discussion.

How Does Live Online Training Work?

Voice over IP:
High quality two-way communication! The course is not lecture-only, you can hear other students, as well as being heard yourself!

Shared Applications:
The instructor can share a PowerPoint presentation, a white board and the desktop just as he or she would in the classroom.

Remote Access to REAL Hardware:
You remotely control a computer in our classroom— no troublesome “virtual labs” or simulations.

Scalable:
You can have one student logged in to an open enrollment class or a customized closed class for just your organization.

Please review our training cancellation and attendance policy:

Cancellations made ten (10) or more business days PRIOR to a scheduled class can be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than ten (10) business days PRIOR to a scheduled class can be rescheduled for a 20% processing fee. Refund requests can be made less a 20% processing fee. If a student fails to attend a class as registered, they forfeit their purchase price in full.  

Students who do not attend at least eighty percent (80%) of course instruction time will not receive a Certificate of Completion. A student may not miss more than four (4) hours of a three (3) day course or seven (7) hours of a five (5) day course.

All Access Pass holders failing to attend two (2) scheduled training events without proper cancellation notice will forfeit their All Access Pass.
