and code breaking to Congress and other groups in Washington,
D.C. Eric is an honorary lifetime member of the International
Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS). |

Tim Leehealey,
CEO |
Tim Leehealey is the CEO and co-owner of AccessData. Prior to joining AccessData
he was co-owner and VP of Corporate Development at Guidance
Software. Prior to that he was an investment banking analyst
covering the security market at Wedbush Morgan.

Brian Karney,
COO |
| Brian Karney joined AccessData June 2007 as the company's COO. Shortly
after joining, Brian spearheaded the refocusing of the company
on the enterprise and eDiscovery market. Prior to joining
AccessData, Karney worked for Guidance Software in Pasadena,
California, and prior to that he worked for CenterBeam, a
Silicon Valley IT outsourcing company. Brian Karney is one
of the foremost names in the Forensics and incident response
market. |

Trey Tramonte, Vice President, Sales |
Trey Tramonte is the VP of Sales for AccessData and is in charge of all
commercial and international sales related activities including
sales, technical sales, and customers support. Prior to
joining AccessData he ran the midmarket group at Guidance
Software where he rapidly increased sales by well over 100%
YOY. Before joining Guidance he worked at several other
technology companies including BMC Software, BindView (purchased
by Symantec) and Dell. Trey believes the cornerstone of
his success revolves around listening to clients and then
working with them in order to help them achieve their objectives. |

Neil Condon, Vice President, Federal |
Neil Condon is the VP of Federal at AccessData and is charge of all
of the company's federal activities. Prior to joining AccessData,
he was the Director of Federal Sales for Guidance Software;
and prior to that he developed and launched the federal
efforts of Juniper Networks. Mr. Condon has over 20 years
of experience in IT and federal sales and is proficient
in leveraging industry partners and knowledge of Government
contract vehicles for effective marketing and business development |

Keith Lockhart, Vice President
of Training |
| As Director of Training, Keith is responsible
for the development of forensic and encryption training solutions
for local, state, federal and international law enforcement
agencies, as well as worldwide corporate entities involved
in the prevention, investigation and prosecution of high-technology
crime. Prior to joining AccessData, Keith served as a computer
crime specialist at the National White Collar Crime Center
(NW3C) in Fairmont, WV. Keith served as program manager of
the INET (Internet Trace Evidence Recovery & Analysis)
course, providing the framework of complex research and design
for its development and maintenance. Prior to NW3C, Keith
was a police officer with Kent State University Police Department. |

Michael Stevens, Vice President, Operations |
| Michael Stevens joined AccessData July 2006 and is responsible for the logistical aspects of the business. Prior to AccessData, Michael worked at TGN managing the company's software distribution division. Prior to that, Michael worked for several technology manufacturing companies, including Sonic Innovations, 3COM and USRobotics. Michael has more than 15 years experience in domestic and international operations and specializes in the implementation and administration of ERP systems, such as Oracle 11i and SAP. |
